There are numerous Stage3D games and demos available, but what seems to be interestingly popular are 3D car visualizations. Starting at Adobe Max 2011, Nissan Stage-Juk3D set the stage with an impressive car marketing site.

... as well as the Audi A6 demo by Vertex Interaction Design. Specially interesting is the ability to interact with the German car.
Stunning high quality work, and certainly a lot of potential for product visualizations, or high end games such as MAX Racer from 2010.
