I just came across these nice Flash Video tools which are quite useful to have.
FLV2SWF is converting FLV to SWF in form of a cgi script or a standalone application. Definitely a great solution if you want to use the Flashcom server for recording, but not for playback.
Riva Producer convert a normal video file to Flash flv, enriches it by adding graphics and texts, allows you to set hyperlinks on it and publishes it as html with integrated flash file or as standalone file.
I've added both to our Flashstreamworks tools section. Hopefully we will see more of those tools in the future.
